These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the UK for the resolution of any disputes.
Returns & exchanges
Made to Order Items are not refundable. All made to order transactions are final, please make sure you read all dimensions and information in the individual listing.
In interest of hygiene and for your own protection earrings are not refundable and non-exchangeable.
Ready to ship items are refundable within 3 days of receiving them. After received and 3 days have passed all sales are final and not eligible for returns.
Items must be unworn and unaltered from original state. You will be refunded minus any shipping charges. Buyer is responsible for any return postage fee and insurance.
Refunds will only be submitted once returned merchandise is received back in original condition.
Shipping policies
For all UK Orders, I will pay for Royal Mail first class mail/trackable unless otherwise noted. Ready to ship items will ship within 2-3 business days of payment received. If other mailing services are requested, the buyer will be made aware of these costs and agree before shipping.
International Buyers: International orders are shipped by Royal Mail Airmail Tracked & Signed. All UK orders are sent by RM 1st class recorded (special delivery upgrade is available upon request). Buyers will be informed of shipping and handling costs before mailing due to special requests.
Your item may also be delayed in customs in your country, customs duty may apply of which the buyer is wholly responsible for.
All made to order items will have different dispatch time, depending on design complexity.
